From EUR 720 a month excl. VAT (8 hours). Four sizes at EUR 90 an hour: 8 hours EUR 720, Plus 12 hours EUR 1,440, Pro 16 hours EUR 1,440, Max 24 hours EUR 2,160 a month. Unused hours are reported, not hidden.

- Are response times guaranteed?
- No. Response times are agreed in writing as targets, not guarantees: I am one person and I say so. The emergency path says how to reach me and what happens when I am not available.
- Can I change the size of the block or stop?
- Yes. The block is reviewed every quarter: size up, size down or stop.
Who keeps it running after the developer leaves?
Tell me what it is and how often it changes. I reply within one working day with the block size I would start with, free.
