Health Plan
A two-day assessment of your application and the way it is run. You get a written report on where automation saves hours, what is risky, which parts are out of support (the legacy check), and a step-by-step plan that does not stop the business.
Fixed price, EUR 1,440 excl. VAT (16 hours). Two days of review, 16 hours × EUR 90. A free intro call comes first.

One engagement. Clear deliverables.
Plain language, findings ranked by value and risk, hours per item.
The repetitive work in and around the system, with the hours it costs today and what an agent or integration would save.
Operating system, PHP, database, framework and key dependencies against their official end-of-life dates.
Configuration, dependencies with known vulnerabilities, secrets handling, server hardening basics.
Where change is risky, hidden coupling, how well the code is covered by tests.
Order of work and effort ranges. Old and new run side by side, nothing stops.

Questions I get
- What does the Health Plan cost?
- A fixed EUR 1,440 excl. VAT: two days of review, 16 hours at EUR 90. A free intro call comes first, so you know it fits before anything is booked.
- Do you need access to my server or my production data?
- I need read-only access to the code and a short tour of how the system is hosted. I do not need production data, and I make no changes to your production systems.
- What do I get at the end?
- A written report in plain language, with findings ranked by value and risk and the hours per item. It covers automation opportunities, a legacy check against official end-of-life dates, a security basics check, an architecture review and a step-by-step plan. I then go through it with you in a walkthrough call.
- Is the Health Plan a penetration test or a rewrite?
- No. It is not a rewrite and it is not a penetration test. It includes a check of configuration, dependencies and secrets handling. A test of the application itself is the separate Security Scan.
- What happens if the report shows that more work is needed?
- You get a clear scope and price before anything starts. Larger work is done in steps, each with its own price, and you can stop after any step.
- Can I sign an NDA first, and who does the work?
- Yes, a mutual NDA is available as a PDF on this page and I sign it before any details are shared if you want. I am one person and I do the work myself, so there is no handover to a junior.
