Fixed price, EUR 1,440 excl. VAT (16 hours). Two days, 16 hours × EUR 90. A free intro call comes first.
- Repetitive work mapped
- Candidates rated
- The right tool for each
- Written report
One engagement. Clear deliverables.
The manual steps in and around the system, with the hours they cost today, as far as the people who do the work can tell me.
Each one scored on hours saved, effort to build and risk, so the first choice is easy to defend.
A script, an integration, an agent with skills, or leaving it manual where that is the honest answer.
Plain language, ranked by value, with the hours and a cost range per item.
The order of the work, with a small first step you can see running before the next one is quoted.
We go through the report together and answer every question.
- 01
A short intro call, free, to check that a scan fits your situation.
- 02
You show me the system and the people who work with it, read-only.
- 03
Two days of scanning.
- 04
The report, followed by the walkthrough call.
It is not a build: nothing is automated during the scan and I make no changes to your production systems. The savings in the report are estimates from what I see, and the report says so. If a first step is worth doing, it is quoted separately, per step, before anything starts.
Terms in short- Amounts excl. VAT, quote valid 14 days.

Phalcon to Laravel, module by module, while the platform stayed in daily use. No big-bang switch, no rewrite from scratch.
Questions I get
- What does the Automation Scan cost?
- A fixed EUR 1,440 excl. VAT: two days, 16 hours at EUR 90. A free intro call comes first, so you know it fits before anything is booked.
- What do I get at the end?
- A written report in plain language: the repetitive work I found, each candidate rated on hours saved, effort and risk, and a step-by-step plan for the first builds. I then go through it with you in a walkthrough call.
- Do you build the automations as part of the scan?
- No. Nothing is automated during the scan and I make no changes to your production systems. If a first step is worth doing, it is quoted separately, per step, before anything starts.
